Signatures in Outlook

This video explains how to add a signature in Microsoft Outlook. Signatures. The tutor demonstrates two ways to add a signature in Outlook. The first option in through options and then the mail option. This area gives access to the signature feature. The tutor focusses on the second way to add a signature, which is through the new mail dialogue box. The tutor explains how to attach a signature to a new message and a reply to a message. The tutor goes on to create a new signature and adds a business card with web addresses. The final part of the video covers how to add AutoText to Outlook, which some people use as signatures.
