This is a Microsoft Word tutorial covering how to paste a list of names into an organisation chart. The tutor creates a basic hierarchy chart using SmartArt. The tutor demonstrates how to add text and create new boxes. The tutor the repeats then process but removes all the default shapes except one. The tutor copies a list of names into the text area of the hierarchy chart. This action creates one level of boxes with a name in each box. The tutor then uses the tab and shift tab feature to create different layers. Create an organisation chart by just pasting a list. Magic trick!!
