This is a Microsoft Project tutorial covering how to use Text styles. Text styles are a way to apply consistent formatting to different elements of your project, such as tasks, milestones, summary tasks, and resources. You can use text styles to change the font, size, colour, and alignment of the text in your project views. To use text styles, follow these steps:

1. On the Format tab, in the Format group, click Text Styles.
2. In the Item to Change list, select the type of text that you want to format.
3. In the Font, Size, Colour, and Alignment boxes, choose the options that you want.
4. Click OK to apply the changes.

You can also use text styles to apply conditional formatting based on certain criteria. For example, you can highlight tasks that are late, critical, or have a certain priority level. To use conditional formatting, follow these steps:

1. On the Format tab, in the Format group, click Text Styles.
2. In the Item to Change list, select the type of text that you want to format based on a condition.
3. In the Condition box, select the condition that you want to apply.
4. In the Font, Size, Colour, and Alignment boxes, choose the options that you want.
5. Click OK to apply the changes.
