Visio is a powerful tool that allows you to create and edit diagrams of various types, such as flowcharts, org charts, network diagrams, and more. In this video, I will show you how to share your Visio diagram with a colleague using Email.

OneDrive is a cloud storage service that lets you store and access your files from anywhere. You can use OneDrive to share your Visio diagram with a colleague by following these steps:

– Save your Visio diagram as a file on your computer.
– Open OneDrive in your web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account.
– Upload your Visio file to OneDrive by dragging and dropping it or clicking the upload button.
– Select the file and click the share button on the top menu bar.
– Enter the email address of your colleague or choose from your contacts list.
– Optionally, you can add a message or change the permission settings for the file.
– Click send to share the file with your colleague.

Your colleague will receive an email with a link to view and download your Visio file. They can also open it in Visio Online or Visio for the web if they have access to those applications.

Another way to share your Visio diagram with a colleague is by email. You can do this by following these steps:

– Save your Visio diagram as a file on your computer.
– Open your email client and compose a new message.
– Attach your Visio file to the message by clicking the attach button or dragging and dropping it.
