Analyze Data in Excel


This video explains how to use the Analyze Data tool in Microsoft Excel. Analyze data. The tutor starts off by selecting a small data set and then clicks the Analyze data button on the ribbon. The tool returns several options including Pivot tables and charts. In the second part of the video the tutor selects a larger data set and runs the analyze data tool again. This time several Pivot table and Pivot chart options appear as suggestions. The tutor mentions that if the suggestions are no good the user can type a question to see if the suggestion returned is useful.
