Sort shape data in Visio

This is a Microsoft Visio tutorial covering, sorting shape data, sorting shape titles and document stencil. The tutor starts off by explaining how to change the order of information that appears as a shape title. The tutor then covers how to change the order of shape data in the shape data window. The tutor uses a Sort key in the define shape data dialogue box, to set the sort order. The tutor goes on to explain that changes to the sort order should be added to the document stencil and used from that stencil. If this method is used shape data modifications are maintain on all subsequent shapes used.
